You may follow the steps to verify if a Debt Collection firm has a DPO to protect your data / debtor's from leaking to the public and not be infringed upon, and neither should they be discriminated against.
You may verify on ACRA when you search for the Debt Collection Firm.
If its showing "No Result found" means the debt collection firm has no DPO registered.
